Guide

Termite treatment cannot be priced reliably before the property problem is defined. Cost depends on inspection findings, whether activity is confirmed, construction, access, the areas included, the proposed method and any follow-up or monitoring. Active treatment and longer-term termite management may be separate stages.

For a Rockhampton property assessment, see termite treatment in Rockhampton.

Ask for the treatment options

A useful proposal should explain:

  1. the finding being addressed;
  2. the treatment or management objective;
  3. the method and included areas;
  4. access or preparation required;
  5. follow-up, monitoring or servicing;
  6. limitations and owner responsibilities.

Do not compare a targeted active-termite response with a broader installed system as though they are the same product. The scope and sequence matter.

If live termites are visible, leave them undisturbed and arrange an inspection before applying retail sprays or removing timber.
