“Full house pest control” does not have a standard price because the phrase does not define the scope. One quote may cover selected indoor rooms and an exterior perimeter; another may include roof voids, wet areas, sheds or several pest groups. Ask for the included pests, zones and structures in writing.
For a clear Rockhampton scope, see pest control in Rockhampton.
Define “full house” before comparing
Confirm whether the quote includes:
- bedrooms, living areas and skirting edges;
- kitchen, bathroom and laundry zones;
- roof void or subfloor access;
- garage, shed or separate structures;
- eaves, exterior perimeter and outdoor harbourage;
- ants, cockroaches, spiders or another named pest;
- preparation, follow-up and aftercare advice.
Property size matters, but layout and access can matter more. A smaller house with several additions, cluttered storage and restricted roof access can be more complex than a larger property with clear treatment zones.
Termite inspection or treatment should not be assumed inside a general “full house” package.
