There is no single termite bait that is most effective for every property. A baiting system depends on the inspection findings, termite activity, station type and placement, access, monitoring schedule and how the system is maintained. Product name alone cannot tell you whether the plan fits the house.

Compare the system, not just the bait
Ask:
- What finding makes baiting suitable here?
- Where will stations be placed and why?
- How will activity be checked and recorded?
- What servicing or monitoring is required?
- What happens if activity is not detected at a station?
- What other property risks or maintenance still need attention?
Baiting can play a different role from a liquid treated zone or targeted active treatment. The methods should not be compared as interchangeable products without considering the property and objective.
